I just recently installed a 4 camera 720p HDCVI system and love it so far! I tried accessing the IP address of the DVR system and when I use Chrome, it tries to install the web plugin but when I try to go to the address, it keeps saying I need to install the plug in (even after I restarted the chrome browser). When i try this with Internet explorer, it works. I'm doing this on windows 10 system. Does the plugin work in Chrome or other browsers?
I also noticed that after shutting down the system, it wants me to go through initial configure again. that doesn't seem right as I thought it would just resume to last known state. What am I not doing?
720p HDCVI web access & startup
Re: 720p HDCVI web access & startup
Hello SunniSteve,
Unfortunately Chrome browser is not supported currently. it supports IE and Forefox in Windows and Safari in Mac.
If the start up wizard keeps coming up, while cancelling the wizard, there is a check box that says 'startup'. Uncheck that and cancel it and the wizard will not pop up again.

Thanks, Marvin. IE is going away (getting replaced by Edge on Windows) so hopefully, you guys will support Chrome.
