1190W does it really have IR and White LEds?
Re: 1190W does it really have IR and White LEds?
I saw that wifi "SoftAP" article earlier and wondered. It uses a Hotspot. Sounds like Smart Home. Some SH cams have a problem with wifi and wired setup.

Agree, The reason I liked this one over the ASH47 is this one has a WebUI. Well after today, Installing a New FW and still have issues I will admit that the issue with the missing IVS rule after every reboot or power loss is no longer an issue. Now there are just other issues lol.

Well it has been a few days now and even with a new FW I personally don't like this camera.. Crazy thing is only way to keep the camera stable is to DL all the recorded footage and play it on the computer. If I play it in the camera the camera gets all crazy and I have even had it Reboot on its own after I get down with playback and try to move back to cameras live view or Setup menu.. If I happen to get into live view it will only work for a minute or 2 before coming to a halt. I can some times reload the camera other times it reboots.

How well does auto tracking work on 1190? I remember "high end" auto tracking being available on the cheap 1190 was discussed in earlier thread.

In truth it kind of in need of attention. Now to be fair I have been testing it in an area that has fast moving objects, I thought ok lets try human. Still not so well.
Now to be even more fair I feel I will want to Reset the camera again and setup for use with Ethernet connection and make sure that it is Camera related and not Wifi Related. (My guess camera) the issue is once it sees motion it moves out of the area of the object and so it isn't watching what started the Tracking.
Main issue is today the camera don't like me and keeps Rebooting lol. So I turned off Tracking and still camera crashes. It isn't power supply issue as I have it on the one it came with, Tried my PDU and even took my 7108-AI DVR power supply and tried it and still camera crashes.
I want to pull my 2010 Samsung PTZ from service. Should have just replaced the PIR that is bad but thought I would get this new Tech Amcrest camera seeing my Samsung uses Video Analytics and 2 PIR to track an area that never uses zoom so I thought OK 1190 with tracking should do the trick and seeing it don't zoom the camera isn't over kill for the space.
So I have even just so I am clear, I have even removed the NEW Micro SD card that I bought and put in it thinking it might be the issue and the camera acts the same with as it does without. I am not sure why it keeps rebooting today. If it wasn't under warranty and able to be sent back to Amazon, I would have already round filed this camera...
