"Camera 3 read data error 26 time(s) in the last day"?

I get a NAS-error email quite a few times a day on one (sometimes all) the cameras. It doesnt seem like they skip more than a few seconds or a minute or so of recording on my QNAP a day (I assume from the error) but I assume this is a normal problem that may have a fix. I think I can turn the error emails off but I would like to know if there is a real error, so I need this to work. Please let me know if you have any ideas, connections are good on all cameras
