WTH? No support on weekends!

I've had problem setting up my computer for 3 days now and I just called support, which is probably in Mumbai, and was told to call back Monday!

Sorry to hear about your experience. We do have support on the weekends as well although the timings are a little different (9 AM - 5.30 PM CST On Weekends). Please give us a call today if that is convenient for you.

The support isn't very responsive anyway. My admin account was locked brand new out of the box, so I called in for help. After waiting 25 minutes to talk to someone, I was told I had to go to the website and submit a locked password request. I submitted that request at 314. No response. They used to give you the password over the phone in a few minutes...

Sorry for the delay. The password reset process was modified keeping in my the security of customers. We do not give password reset option without thorough verification of the ownership.
