Windows 7Pro installer problems

I am having installing Amcrest Surveillance Pro client for Windows on my pc.
I downloaded the installer from this link: https://s3.amazonaws.com/amcrest-files/ ... 161018.exe on the Amcrest page: https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/ar ... -IP2M-841-
When I run the installer exe the installation window does not completely expand. I onlt see part of the window. I cannot see where to click accept or OK or whatever. Any ideas? I have tried re-downloading the installer, changing my screen resolution, Crlr+A (select all) and scrolling up and down, F11 (full screen), restarting the PC, ....????

Please try the below workaround.


1) open the exe file
2) press Enter.
3) Press tab 5 times
4) Press left arrow
5) press enter
6) press enter once again and that should install it.
