Window Areas Washed Out

Post by Mark »

I have the IP2M-841B

I have noticed that on windows that are being monitored the window area is totally washed out during daylight hours. I think this started happening with the new firmware ? Can someone suggest configuration changes that will eliminate the washout. The video blooms so much that a large area around the window is also washed out. Very annoying. The other parts of the frame seem good.

Hello Mark ,

From the video settings of the camera under setup, select the mode as outdoor and save it. I believe this should help.

Hello mark,

The option is under set up > camera > Configuration > Anti flicker. I am unable to upload an image and currently looking into it.
