Video loss on 2 cameras

Post by Clyde1999 »

I had 2 cameras previous installed. When installed another camera, that's when I started having issues. The new camera was distorted when I viewed it. Now only 1 camera works out of the 3. The other 2 don't show any video, just black screen. They are getting power, checked them last night. Not sure what the problem is. Any help would be appreciated.

1. Is this happening with both LAN and WAN access. Meaning with using a local IP address and a DDNS or ISP Address?

2. Have you verified that the network settings are correct for the new camera and that its local IP Address is not in use by another device in your local network?

3. Have you tried deleting your browser cache?
