I have a neighbor that complaint about my dogs beena nuisance and the only way that I can proof her wrong is with the video. It was working fine until around 2 hours ago when I switched the card it stopped working on me. Couldn't see anything either via the app or laptop. I need the camera to run/record 24/7. I have done several hard resets, uninstalled and reinstalled camera and can't get it work on the app or laptop.
Green light keep blinking after I do the hard reboot, the only moment when it stops blinking is when I plug it to the Ethernet cable.
Are the servers down? I am having a meltdown... please help
URGENT HELP...camera down neighbor accusing dogs of nuisance
Re: URGENT HELP...camera down neighbor accusing dogs of nuis
Hello marynj,
This should not be a server issue but since you reset the camera it has to be re setup. It might not be getting wifi signals where its located right now. So if you can hard wire, try the Ethernet Wifi Configuration on the app. The green light will be steady once it connects fine to the network. If you are still having issues, please contact our technical support.

Re: URGENT HELP...camera down neighbor accusing dogs of nuisance
This doesn't help with your camera any, but if your neighbor is making an accusation, the burden of proof lies with HER, not YOU. SHE needs to prove (video footage, etc) your dog's a nuisance, rather than you having to disprove it
