This is absolutely astonishing. After sitting on the phone for an HOUR for SALES, I get connected to technical support in INDIA with someone who barely speaks or understands English. The Amcrest website has terms that are not defined like TRIBRID, model numbers that vary by one letter but don't seem to be different products. There appears to be a seller on EBay that claims to be AMCREST but when you call AMCREST they seem to know nothing about the ebay transactions. If all of this happens BEFORE I make a purchase, I can image what happens after. Get your @#(*$&(*&# together.

Because eBay is a reputable place to shop for electronics? eBay is terrible for everything! No resolution. Buy direct or from Amazon.
FYI, a lot of companies vary product code by one letter, lets them differentiate colours.

The problem is NOT with eBay. It is with Amcrest which I called directly. If you are going to employ people who do not understand the language and cannot converse with a customer, then obviously customer service is not on ANY list of priorities.
Amcrest has a lot of work to do.
