Trying to set up my IP8M-2496EB POE camera to FTP images to Weatherunderground. Images must be smaller than 150k. Camera>Video>Snapshot>Quality won't save at anything lower than "3." If I try to set it to 1 or 2, I get "Save failed."

You should be able to get a smaller than 150K snapshot by changing your video mainstream resolution to 640x480 which you probably don't want, and may get a smaller field of view, but at least you could see if your camera FTP works with WU.
