Trouble with IP Config Tool

The IP Config tool keeps telling me to download and run the web plugin and even though I do, it still doesn't work.

make sure you are using IE. I have not been able to make it work on Chrome. It may work with Firefox.

If you are using IE, make sure you are not blocking ActiveX content. On the address bar look for a circle with a diagonal slash and set it to allow content without filtering.
