Time reset back 1 hour

I just purchased and installed an AMDV10804M system and can't seem to get the clock to display to correct time. I entered the "systems" tab and manual entered the correct time but at the next hour, it resets back an hour. Example: at 1:59, instead of the turning to 2:00, it'll go back to 1:00, no matter what time, the next hour goes back despite "apply" and "save." If I change the date stamp at the same time as my time edit, the only thing that changes at the next hour is the time, date still displays as I last applied.
