Working Plugin - Confirmed that Amcrest Windows Plugin works on IE 11 which comes with Windows 10. See photos for path of file and working plugin in the browser.
Fixed SMTP issues by using Google SMTP exclusively.
Lastly, and this was a surprise to me this morning. If you have AppleTV, download: IP Cam Soft Lite and you add all of your amcrest cameras . Note you can only add one with the free version but all with the pro version. Make sure you keep the port to 80 instead on 37777 on the appletv app. Nothing needs to be changed on the camera side. They have several amcrest cameras but I chose the prohd camera type and it works fine.
Very cool.
