Retrieve video events before my upgrade date

Hi Amcrest Techs,

I had the Amcrest cloud services set up for the free 4 hours for a couple of months now. the recordings are good and only shows the last four hours. I was wondering if I sign up for the upgrade today for maybe the 30 days package, If you guys can give me access to events from a day or two ago. I'm not sure if you guys physically delete all data that's over 4 hours for the free account right now or just setting it so that free account users cannot see anything past 4 hours ago.

Hello ScubaSteve ,

Unfortunately this will not be possible as the cloud server only keeps recording based on your plan and the old ones are deleted form server instantaneously.
