Remote login fail

Amcrest 950h system. 5 cameras. Remote login worked fine for 4.5 months. Last two days, login fail. Had friend reboot system. Worked for about 1/2 day. Now login fail again. Any help would be appreciated. Glad it's still under warranty.

Hello Rwinrod,

One thing that should be ensured is that the DVR has a stable to connection to the router. It is worth connecting the DVR to a different Ethernet port in the router or a different ethernet cable etc.

Thanks. I'll be back in May. If we can't get it fixed. I'm sending it back on warranty.
