Remote access to all cameras

Post by rgibson »

From Remote location, how do I view all 16 of my cameras ?

1) They are all IP cameras
2) All are visible in Amcrest Surveillance Pro herein called ASP.
3) I have the PC-NVR correctly working.
4) I can view each camera remotely using Amcrest View Pro App on Android by adding a separate port forward in my router, but that is a pain to configure
5) I would Prefer NOT to use P2P and have my data and info being sent to third party servers.
6) using said Android app and selecting DVR/NVR as device and entering IP and 37777 as port gets an Error "Device Not Supported".

There has to be a way to view all cameras on my system with out opening a boat load of ports in my router!

Hello rgibson ,

You need to open TCP ports for all cameras and then add them to Surveillance Pro. Another option is to use Blue Iris software. Then you can add all cameras to Blue Iris locally and then port forward only the blue iris software and access it remotely.
