I bought two IP2M-842W cameras from Amazon a few months ago. I could not get them to work right and eventually Amcrest support issued me an RMA to return them.
I just received the replacements, but they are refurbished. I can't find details of the Amcrest warranty on line.
I purchased two new cameras and think that I should have received new cameras as a replacement. The current price difference between two new and two refurbished cameras on Amazon is about $60. It seems "cheap" of them to send me refurbished cameras that worth much less than new cameras, which is what I originally bought.
Maybe I should take this up with Amazon.
