Push notification sound not working - AMCREST DOESN'T CARE

Push notifications will show up on iOS phones but there is no notification sound. This is a programming issue not an iOS issue. I've seen threads for this discussion started since December of 2015. AMCREST CLEARLY DOESN'T CARE about remedying the problem. Time to post up some detailed negative reviews on Amazon.com to alert the public of a product with subpar software and customer support.

This issue has been rectified with the latest Amcrest View Pro app that was released a month back.

For the record, alert sounds do push to the app now on my iPad but not my phone. I suspect this is related to the fact that I have an Apple watch paired to my phone. I do get audible alerts on my watch but at night when I remove my watch I do not get audible alerts on the phone app. I believe if I unpair my watch from my phone the alert sounds play on the phone. Please look into updating the app to send alerts to the phone when a user removes their watch and you are golden.
