When setting up the camera Amcrest ProHD 1080p Pan/Tilt WiFi Camera, I am running into an issue and I am requesting additional support and technical assistance/information.
Does the software only allow for DHCP configurations, or can you use Static IP addresses?
Does the software also allow for MAC Address Filtering? (Whitelist)
Is there a firmware update to allow this?

Hello Majestikkal1,
The IP camera supports DHCP & static IP as well as MAC filtering. For thie whitelist to work, please ensure that you are entering the 'Wireless MAC' id of the cameras in the white list. The cameras has two mac one for the wired and one for the wireless interface. To get the wirteless Ip login to the web interface of the camera from PC and then go to Setup > Network > TCP IP and then choose the wireless adapter and it shows the wireless MAC address.
