A few questions:
1. Can I bypass the AmcrestView connectivity or functionality, and simply forward port requests to the camera on my router?
2. Can the camera be configured to send (i.e. email) snapshots every n number of minutes vs. using motion?
3. Does anyone know what the power requirements are for the camera (watts & amps)?
Thanks.

Re: product questions
Hello axual,
1) yes you can set up port forwarding and choose to not use the Amcrestview.com if need be.
2) Email can be configured for motion only. You can upload images to FTP on a schedule though.
3) The power adapter is 5 volt and the draw is 2 amps. The maximum power consumption is less than 7.5 watts.
