options for 960h cameras

So I have amcrest 960h, I brought the package from ebay, which had the DVR and 4 cameras. The following is an image from one of them and the other is bit zoomed in.

They are taken from the phone app which is running through LAN. There is nothing wrong with the cameras, everything is working fine.

Now what I want is a better camera which I can buy and replace, more like plug and play. What I don't like is the quality. It is pixeled, the colors are not that good, especially during the sunny days as I can't see anything.
I want something more 1080p or more HD and which shows the colors and isn't pixeled when zoomed in.

Yes I have played with the options for frame rate and others bits but this is the best it does :(
