NVR4108E 4 Cam System Camera offline

Just installed system all 4 working fine then I have one IP4M-1025 that will go offline for no reason will be viewable for hours then go offline for a while. I switched ports on NVR replaced Cat 5 cable going to camera swapped camera what in the system could cause this or what can I check to help this, these are all POE cameras and I record 24/7 it came up a couple tiimes and said Unstable Network please wait but other 3 cameras work fine and it is the same one everytime.
