NVR will not send attachments on motion alarm

Hello,

I am really frustrated! I have the 8 channel NVR and have everything working as desired except for one crucial part..the camera never uploads an attachment that is emailed.

I have tried every combination of settings imaginable.. I am really looking for someone to help me get this working or I will simply return this and go back to my old setup using BlueIris on a server.

I am receiving email alerts on motion, but those alerts never include the attachment. here are some screenshots of my settings:

Hello drocksmash,

Please go to settings > Storage > Schedule > Snapshot and make sure that snapshot schedule is set for motion detection . Save these settings and try again and it should work.
