NV4108 Factory Reset

Post by dcalcutt »

I mistakenly made the address of my NVR 192.168.1.255
I forgot that this is the broadcast address. Anyone have any suggestion on how to do a factory reset?

I cannot use my browser to acess the HTML at 192.168.1.255

THanks

Hello dcalcutt,

If you have a monitor connected to the NVR, you can change this under settings > Network > TCP IP. If you want to restore factory settings it is under settings > System > Factory default.

So basically you need to have the NVR connected to a monitor to change this. There is no button to hard reset on the NVR.
