Hi all,
Using firmware: 2.400.0002.15.R, Build Date: 2017-04-26
on the IP3M-956E camera,
I am experiencing time shifting; At first, I thought it was a DST issue because the camera would "leap" an hour back. WHile I was watching live view, I would note that the time was correct. Moments later, the time stamp on the camera jumped backwards.
I thought this might be a DST issue, so I disabled DST and I told the camear to use UTC with no time zone conversion.
The camera began recording on UTC+0 ... within 15 minutes, it deleted the video and used the time that was local. Did it pick this up from the PC? Did NTP reset this to my local time zone?
All I know is that I am not getting consistent time stamps. ANyone else having this issue?
NTP / Time in cameras keeps being reset
Re: NTP / Time in cameras keeps being reset
Hello Jordan,
Please disable NTP and use PC sync. This should save the time settings and will stay without changes.
