No video showing on any cameras

This evening I was setting the time back one hour, and when I clicked apply and then returned to the display there was no video. I noticed when I was in that screen that DST was not enabled, so I then went back and enabled it and now it is on the correct time, but still no display. I tried this from a local PC logged on to my system. I then went to the DVR and tried to check the settings there, but still not display. What did I screw up and how can I get it back

Also, I tried reboot the system, twice, and even unplugged the DVR for a moment then plugged it back in

I just had the same problem last week. Somehow, the DVR had switched to PAL. Switched it to NTSC and the problem cleared up.
