New Owner of IP2M-841 here...anything I should know or do?

Hello!
So after debating among many options since all seem to have so so reviews, I decided on this one.

I wanted something that will email me immediately after motion detection and that I can easily access via Android or browser. While there were a LOT of bad comments about the software itself, I am hoping things are better now.

Anything in particular I should know about this camera? I will receive it in a few days.

Well is not very reassuring not even getting a simple message from the administration working for this company.

Right now I am dissapointed to find out that your outdoor cameras have no feature for two way communication. I thought that since the internal one has it, it would be a given as I wanted a setup of 3 cameras from the same company but without the option to speak to whomever comes up to my door, I will need to sell this and get another one unless you have anything coming up soon.

Currently only our indoor cameras support two way audio. We will pass on your feed back to the R&D team and this might be an option for our outdoor cameras in future.

Maybe I will get a doorbell camera thingy as my front door one instead and then use yours indoors and backyard.
