IP2M-841B Keeps loosing most settings

Every couple of days the camera looses it settings, as if it has been reset back to defaults.

I had to put an entry into the DHCP table so it would at least get the same IP address. The timezone, storage location, etc. are all reset back to factor defaults. The only thing it appears to retain is the camera position/zoom info, and the presets.

What information can I send to help debug this problem?

Hello linuxguru,

If you have added your camera on Amcrest Cloud some of the settings will be overridden. Unfortunately there is no fix for this currently.
