IP Config.exe doesn't work w/ Win 10 Anniversary Update

After updating to Windows 10 Anniversary Edition the Amcrest IP config tool doesn't show the list of devices. :?:

Open the app and go to settings and check the Start IP address. That's how I got it to find my cameras.

Thanks. It appears that the Win 10 update process altered the settings of the Start IP address. After I restored the correct setting, the Config tool worked correctly again.
