Question:
I have the IP2M-841 Camera. I have motion detection running and have set the system up to FTP the video and images to my NAS device. Works like a champ. However, I am trying to figure out what the .IDX files are for, is there a way to eliminate them since the MP4's play without an issue?
Feature Requests:
1. It would be nice to indicate how many images to include in the emails being sent when motion is detected. Or at least utilize the Snap Shot value set in the camera. I currently have it set to 3, so putting 3 images in the email would be nice.
2. Would it be possible to assign labels to presets and then display them in the viewer so that they can be selected?
3. would it be possible to set the playback to read from an FTP location or default to the NAS drive you record to via FTP?
4. When recording and transferring to the FTP location, allow the ability to set the file names and the storage location method.
5. Allow the ability to customize the email body when being notified if motion is detected.
Just a few thoughts...
Thanks

Thanks for the feedback...
Can you let me know what the IDX files are for? If not needed, can it be an option to not include when recordings are stored.
thanks
