How to set time for motion event

I cannot figure out how to set time in the motion event. I am using a IPhone 5 with the pro view app. The settable numbers are 12 hr format, the app is in 24 hr format, Please help. The cameras are easy to get running, but the push events are really giving me trouble. Was getting some thru, now nothing, Have reloaded all apps and reset all cameras...

Ok called and got that set,, now today our 2 iphone 5 will not access the 3 ipm-723 cameras, the ipad i am currently works fine on all 3 cameras...I tried the iphone on my local wifi at the farm as well as the internet, nothing, will not connect,,, I just ordered another cam last nite so I would have 4. I set up a Alibi system and Nvr and have had no problems, this is uncalled for,, I went with these cameras because I was beyond the range of cat5, the video quality is fine and they are easy to config, but now today both iphones not working, I deleted and reloaded the app,, its 15 outside and I dont want to hard reset these cameras again....Please tell me I dont have to reset these again, ipad is working fine.....

Hello vkb ,

If its working on Ipad, there is no need to reset the cameras. After reinstalling the app, you will have to add the cameras again either by scanning the QR code on back of the camera or by entering the serial number manually. Also make sure you have the correct username and password for the camera. Do not use wifi configuration method again instead just choose the p2p set up under 'Add connected device'.

Thanks Melvin for the help. I found the video stream in the off position of configuration center on the iphone app. The 3 cams are working well today and pushing motion as they are suppose to...Hope they continue to work like this.. vkb
