Help - how do I turn Motion Detection on?

Using the IP2M-842B.

I watched the lesson on setting up motion detection. Set my settings / sensitivity / threshold.

I can record manually by pressing the record on live view. I have motion detection enabled.

So - how do you turn on the motion detection? No matter how I adjust sensitivity or threshold, motion never activates the camera.
