Help & Advice needed IP2M-841B

Hi

I got the camera (IP2M-841B) today easy enough to set up etc, but having problems recording & then viewing.

From my Iphone I can record but if I close the app down it stops, is there another way to set it to record 24/7. I tried the schedule but again with everything ticked it never shows on the app its recording.

I keep getting annoying notifications of motion detection, I don't want that - I just want it to record 24/7. I downloaded the surveillance pro to Microsoft Surface, again I can manually record but when I close it down it stops.

Hello Curdman,

You can set up recording to an SD card. This camera supports 64GB SD cards and you can record all motion detection recordings on the card and play them back using Amcrest View Pro app.It will record automatically when there is motion or record based on a schedule that you set.

These settings can be done using the cameras' web interface from a PC.
