Downloading from amcrest cloud and more

Hi everyone,
I have not yet bought amcrest cameras, they look tempting but I am seeing a few issues if someone could advise.
1. Are you able to download and save recordings from the Amcrest cloud. Rather pointless if you can't.
2. I am seeing that there are alot of issues getting the cameras to feed/stream onto phones.
3. Does Amcrest monitor this site and what is your opinion of their customer service.

There are many ip cams out there now. I have a professionally installed camera system now but it is failing and am looking for a replacement or addition.

an Eyerely ip camera, it holds a larger sd card but does not have "cloud" capabilities.
Am torn, I have to be able to review and PRESERVE footage if needed.

I had problems early on getting them to work through the app. I have since figured out that the substream wasn't enabled and that was the issue. I and still working on downloading videos directly from the camera. Overall they are probably 75%
