Disable PTZ at startup

I had a Foscam FI9826 that allowed me to keep the lens at a fixed location. This location would not even change during a power outage as the software allowed my to disable startup of the PTZ at boot. Is this an option on the Amcrest IP2M-846EB? I do see an option that allows me to enable tours, presets, etc...but I want to disable to cycle it takes when first powering on.
