The NVR displays a message:
"A firmware upgrade is available <10002>. Firmware upgrades are required to ensure connectivity and provide additional features. Would you like to upgrade your system now?
CLICK "OK"
System screen goes gray with a message, "saving data" then reboots. Just after the NVR posts, I see a new message that reads "Cloud Upgrading.. Please Wait" with a progress bar that never progresses. The message goes away in just 5 seconds and the NVR displays the same "A firmware upgrade is available <10002>... " message again.
I go to the Firmware download page, check for both NVR and Camera firmware upgrades, but there are no downloads (No Update Available) for any of the devices running.
