Chrome On Linux Support
Chrome On Linux Support
I have seen mention of a chrome plugin that supports live streaming of the video from my cameras. However i wanted to see if anyone could confirm that this works with chrome running on linux? I am looking to configure linux on a raspberry pi and plug it into a monitor and would love to have my three cameras displaying video realtime on the monitor.
Re: Chrome On Linux Support
Hi there,
Our camera plugins are not compatible with Linux systems yet. But if you have google chrome browser, you can try installing the amcrest web view from the chrome app store and try typing in the camera's IP address to the address bar of the web view app.
I am not sure it's gonna work but it's worth a try.
thank you
