Cannot get access to camera settings

I have a IMP-751W IP dome camera and I am stuck on page 44 of the manual. I can see the camera on by cell phone and on my Win 10 desktop in the browser but there is no desktop browser access to "Setup", "Alarm" and "Logout" on the right side of the page. All I can see is "Live", "Playback" and "Change Password". Page 48 of the manual goes on to camera setup but I cannot access it so I cannot record or do anything else except view the camera.

What in the world am I doing wrong????

You need to use the Amcrest app (Windows) to perform the setup. I don't think browsers are supported any more.
