Cannot Change from Channel 1

...Side note...
every time I tried to post in "Technical Discussion" I was prompted to login... After logging in and clicking Technical Discussion, New Post, and having to login 10 times in a row... I decided to post here... this apparently worked....

My Actual Issue...

I have figured out no way to change channels on my cameras.... All of them are on channel 1...

so if one detects motion "all 4 turn yellow" on playback...

Aside from the fact that motion detection is ENDLESS during night vision... I really would like to setup each camera on it's own channel.... See attached pics? I can't seem to reach the options
