can you zoom in playback?

Hello all,
i am using Amcrest 1080p 8 ch dvr with 1080p cams and running the Amcrest Surveillance Pro. Can i zoom in while i am in the playback mode? i clicked on the smart search icon and it gave me the grids to highlight and i can not do anything from there.

I also have the Amcrest 1080p 8 ch nvr with 1080p cams. My Smart Search used to work but no longer does. This has been an important feature for me. The alarm/trigger settings have been difficult to set so they function properly. I get way too many false positives ........ so Smart Search is a must for me. I've seen a few people have posted messages regarding this but have not seen any replies from Amcrest or resolutions.
