For a week now, I've been unable to view motion detected events on the Amcrest Cloud iOS app or AmcrestCloud.com. I've tried deleting and re-adding the camera with no luck. I can view LIVE just fine, and the events show in the timeline. When I select an event on the web site, just a black screen displays. When I select an event from the iOS app, I get the message "Failed Cannot Connect."
So far, my emails and calls to support have not been very helpful. They want to take control of my computer which I simply cannot do. I'm capable of checking any settings (which I have done).
Bandwidth on the camera's network is fine as well as shown by my own speed tests.
Thanks for your help! I'm getting frustrated to be paying for a service that just isn't working.

Hello modnar ,
Are you using a paid plan or free one? Did it use to work and then stop?

Paid plan. It worked fine for a month or so then stopped.
I've tried deleting/re-adding twice now.
By the way, when it stopped working, I hadn't made nay changes. I applied the latest Firmware AFTER the problem appeared hoping it might resolve it.

Hello modnar,
We will need to do further research on this issue. Could you please email us on support@amcrest.com?

Re: Can't view recorded events from AmcrestCloud.com
Here's an update in case anyone else runs across this.
For any motion detect events, it appears the camera is uploading invalid .mp4 files (all 156 bytes) to Amcrest Cloud. However, it uploads normal files to other FTP sites. At this point, Amcrest is replacing the camera.
