Can't create new topic in the technical discussion forum

I have just register to this forum, but unable to create any new topic in the technical discussion forum, When I try to create one, it will bring me back to the login page. no problem when I create topic in this general discussion.

I found it took a few days to get that privilege. Probably 24 hours or so.

AS of today, I am still unable to create any topic in the technical discussion forum. What happen?? Please help ........forum admin!!!

Oh...I have just resolved it, I have to clear my browser data. I guess my browser has some problems with it.
