Battery icon in night vision not getting help from support might return it

I have a AMDV10808-S3 their is a low battery icon in the lower corner of the the live view screen it's only in night vision mode do the cams have batteries in them i have 1080x1920 bullet cams i bought the 8 channel pro hdcvi dvr it's on 5 of 7 cameras, has any body else had this problem it,s only 3 weeks old should i return it

yes its a low power problem i ordered a 20 amp 16 channel power supply from amazon 3 amp power supply is not enough to power 4 cameras
