AmcrestLink Playback Capture Failure

I have a Amcrest 960H system and I am accessing it via my iPhone. I can view all 4 cameras and playback video with no problem. However, when I try to Capture a picture from the video I am playing back I get a Save Image Failed message. I can hear the camera shutter sound like it is taking a still from the video, but it won't save the image. The same thing happens if I try to record a segment of the video I am playing. What do I have to do to save these images or recordings?
