Amcrest view pro for iOS notification sound

So I saw some discussion about the notification sound, but I downloaded the latest app, and can't setup that it will make a notification sound, I got the notification, but no sound or vibration, what's the solution?

Are you using an Iphone or android? If using Iphone, go to settings of the phone and then go to Notifications and make sure sound is enabled for Amcrest view pro app.

Yes, I made sure that sound is enabled on two iphones, but none of them make a notification sound after back out of the app. If the app is in for-ground, it will make the notification sound.

This is a problem for me, as well. I'm using version 3.40.0049 of the iOS app. Sounds are enable in settings. I do get "motion detected" alerts but there is no sound. What is the current status of this issue? Is there anything I can do on my end to correct this?

seems nothing we can do. I am not iPhone expert because my phone is android, but I tried and couldn't make it to work.
