AMCREST IP2M-841B pRO hd 1080 P is off and does not turn on

Could not connect to the camera with the App. Went to see the camera and found it off. No lights were on. Unplugged it and plugged it back: nothing. It did not turn on. Bought it April 2017. What do I do ? I want this repaired.
