Amcrest cloud only records past 24 hours?

Hi all, we recently signed up for the free amcrest cloud service and it said that it will record "up to 4 hours" of footage for free. However, we have noticed that we can only view the past 24 hours. Footage from the previous days is unavailable for viewing. Has anyone else encountered this before?

Hello ledude,

The free four hours plan is only for testing the cloud service. It only shows the recordings for the current day and specifically the last four hours of video.
