Hello all-
My equipment: AMDV10808-S3 with two Amcrest 1080p HDCVI cameras connected. Firmware is up to date, System Version:3.210.AC01.4, Build Date: 01-07-2017 System Version:10004.
This morning I saw a message that says "Encoding has changed" (or similar).
Now, 1080p encoding is no longer available. If I change 'Settings>Camera>Encode>Resolution to '1920*1080(1080p)' and save the change, it does not stay. When I reload that settings page, the resolution changes down to '1280*720(720p)'.
Additionally, when using Amcrest View on my iPhone, the HD setting (pencil icon next to blue 'HD' button) no longer functions. When I tap it, a progress icon flashes in the middle of the screen for a fraction of a second, but I am no longer given a menu from which to choose resolution.
What settings should be used for 'Main Stream' to enable 1080p? Or is there something else wrong?
Thank you.

Hello rev6,
Under Settings>Camera, please try doing a reset default settings and see if that helps.

Thanks Melvin. Reset default changed several settings including the resolution, but the resolution did not stay at 1080 after reloading the page. It went back to 720. The other settings changed by reset default stayed changed.
