"the login return time is up"

I was trying to feed an outdoor camera (amcrest IP2M-842W) to an NV-4108. First I set it up indoors to test - all is good. Then I put it in the approximate outdoor location and let it run for a couple of hours - all is good. Then I permanently mounted it in the final outdoor location. During this time it was unplugged for about 30 minutes. When done, the nvr display is "the login return time is up". No mention of this in the manual, of course. Do a search for devices, camera does not show up, 2 others that are mounted do.

Anyone ever see this? Any ideas as to just what it means? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello haywoho ,

Try unplugging the camera from the POE plug of the NVR and connect it back. Try rebooting the NVR also if that does not help.
