I just subscribed yesterday to Amcrest's 7 day cloud storage service.
I got up this morning, and it has several detections, that show up on a list, but when I click to view one of the clips, the little blue loading circle just spins and spins, and eventually times out.
The new camera is ASH47-W, but I really don't think the camera itself is the issue.
I have very good fiber optic internet service, and am using a Netgear Nighthawk wireless router. My speeds are 780Mbps download and 950Mbps upload.
I've re-booted my phone, and it still won't work.

Re: Amcrest Smart Home Cloud Storage Issues
Well, I guess they got their servers back up, because it's working now.
Funny thing is, while I couldn't view clips, it did record them, so that's good piece of mind.
Still haven't heard from Amcrest, so I assume that they were flooded with messages yesterday.
I decided to purchase some micro SD cards for my cameras, in case this happens again.
I successfully got it installed on my new ASH47-W, but when I tried to install one in my old Amcrest Smart Home camera, it crashed the camera hard.
Not sure what happened, but I had to order a replacement.
I guess it was my fault, because I didn't turn the camera off, before installing the card.
Funny thing, I checked the card, to make sure it wasn't corrupted, and it had already recorded a couple clips, of me installing the card, LOL!
I tried resetting the camera, but it won't even reset.
Lesson learned...
